- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hygienists are amazing. They are nice and care about their patients. Dr is pretty much too. They play music that you like during your appointment. My complaint was an insurance disagreement where insurance didn't pay. No one called me to tell me squat. I left messages on their machine though. They never called me back. I gave my number and it's been the same for 15 years anyway. I'd contacted insurance and assumed it got settled since i heard nothing. Instead they turned me over to collections for like $100 and I didn't even find out until I went to purchase a vehicle and found out my credit rating was repeatedly going down over $100 that I didn't know I owed. The lady who used to do billing here was pleasant and actually contacted and spoke to patients. Would it kill anyone to pick up the phone? This is a small town business. I expect small town courtesy, especially when all my family has done business here for years. We haven't and won't be back.July 01, 2017by Regina S
